Online Membership Form

You can use this online form to fill in your membership application and pay using our PayPal account. You do not have to have a Paypal account.

Once you fill in the form and submit it you will be taken to a button you may use to pay online using our PayPal account. You can then either use your own Paypal account to pay, or select to pay using a credit or debit card.

Your membership form is sent automatically to our membership coordinator. You will receive an email receipt for the payment.

IF YOU INTEND TO PAY USING A CHECK THEN DOWNLOAD OUR “HARD COPY” MEMBERSHIP FORM, FILL IT IN AND SEND IT WITH YOUR CHECK.

Membership is from January to December regardless of when you join.
Please select the membership type. If you give a gift membership you may enter the person or family's name where shown on the form or simply enter "donate" so we can hold your gift in a special fund for someone who may need it.
