Photoshop ELEMENTS is one of Adobe’s photo editing programs, and the only one that can be purchased and used without a monthly subscription. For those trying to use Photoshop and Lightroom and frustrated at the cost and complexity, ELEMENTS is a powerful and more user-friendly alternative.
