This is a several day, out of town trip for Members. The plan is to stay in Santa Fe and focus on that area until Sept 30 and for those interested, to end the trip at the balloon Festival in Albuquerque over that weekend.

The biggest challenge is hotel rooms. Jim Schepens was able to find rooms at the Inn Of the Governors in Santa Fe near the downtown plaza. The rooms are $239 per night with free parking and free breakfast and there are rooms available from Sep 27 to Sep30. They are full the night of the 30th and that weekend.
Rooms need to be booked ASAP and your credit card will be charged but is fully refundable up until 2 days before check-in.
If you are going, please make your reservation now. Once the hotel fills up, anyone going will need to find a room at another hotel nearby if they can.
